“I am not the person I was. I don’t know what is happening to me,” Ravi emailed a close friend a few days ago. “I find myself getting irritated quite unnecessarily. High Stress for Some
The extended lockdown imposed due to Covid-19 pandemic can be a stressful time for many. Ravi is not alone in what he is experiencing. Uncertain times normally lead to stress and even to feeling overwhelmed. Everyone is going through especially uncertain times at the moment and naturally stress levels will tend to be high. And it looks likely the uncertainty will go on for a while.
